Tony’s specialty is sleek, sassy Chardonnays fermented in glorious egg-shaped fermenters. This is no fad. Extremely costly, these concrete and wooden egg fermenters give his wines a richer, rounder texture.
This is your chance to be the first to taste his extraordinary new release ‘Skin in the Game’ Chardonnay – foot crushed, natural yeast ferment, matured on lees for eleven months in a concrete egg.
