Here you will find briskets and king fish, ducks and beef rib. The fresh prawns, the salmon and beautiful pork cuts all charred, smoked and flame-grilled on chef’s barbeque.
Sweet smells of fresh chilli, coriander and gingers. Perfumes of lemongrass, mints, pepper- corns and sesame, then citrus and basils with Oriental street spice, being ground by chef’s mortar and pestle to paste.
The smoked meats will be flayed while the hot pastes are cooked off and the freshest of local produce will fall casually under chef’s knife.
